If in the course of your employment with Ohio State, you become aware of a violation of state or federal statutes, rules, or regulations or the misuse of public resources, you may file a written report identifying the violation or misuse with your supervisor, who has the authority to correct the violation or misuse, or with the university’s anonymous line at: The Ohio State University Anonymous Reporting Line

You may also contact your Department Chair, Department Fiscal Officer or Contact the College Senior Fiscal Officer by phone (614) 688-3320 or in person at 149 Arps Hall.

In addition to, or instead of filing a written report with your supervisor or The Ohio State University Anonymous Reporting Line, you may file a written report or contact one of the following:

By submitting this notification to you, Ohio State has complied with the requirements of the statute.
