Assessment and Curriculum

About Us

The Assessment and Curriculum staff provide leadership and support for the development, management, assessment and evaluation of the College of Education and Human Ecology's curriculum. In alignment with college and university missions and values, we promote academic excellence by advocating a rigorous educational environment as programs and courses are built and maintained.

We oversee the curriculum approval process and collaborate with faculty as they develop proposals. We also coordinate assessment activities, external reviews, and accreditation visits. Curriculum staff coordinate centralized activities related to class scheduling and support people in the College who maintain the schedule of classes. Finally, our staff provides high quality information, reports, and analyses to support strategic planning, decision-making, program improvement, assessment, and accountability.
