EHE Site Update: EHE News

Wednesday, May 3, 2017

EHE OIT’s Web Services team has completed an upgraded and redesigned presentation of EHE News, which launched in April 2017. The work was completed for the Office of Advancement to improve workflow and offer a much more user-friendly service to users of the EHE website.

The new layout is much more image intensive, showing more of what is going on in the College of Education and Human Ecology in addition to the stories told about it. The design is more modern, the type is easier to read and is responsive to all devices. It’s also easier to share stories and suggested stories at the end of each post provide opportunities for readers to continue to engage and learn about the leadership and innovation from EHE.

Over time, the improvements and integration of EHE News with the EHE website is expected to benefit the entire site through search engine optimization improvements.

The EHE News project was developed by Jon Tascoe and Thuan Nguyen; designed by Jennifer Cooke; and the project was managed by Darren Parsons and assisted by Anthony Rodriguez.
