Presenter: Erica Banta, Director of Digital Learning Solutions at The Ohio State University

Erica Banta is the Director of Digital Learning Solutions at The Ohio State University serving all staff and faculty in a variety of talent-related and Training fields.  Her team puts the human at the center of technical training for Workday, ServiceNow, LinkedIn Learning, and The Administrative Resource Center, amongst other technology tools.  She was previously the Director of Talent Management for the Office of Human Resources, working with all units and colleges to deliver professional, leadership, and career development opportunities and empower managers and leaders to do the same!
