EHE individual PPE kit distribution

As part of the return to campus plans, individual PPE safety kits will be provided to faculty and staff. The kits will include one disposable mask, two reusable masks, a thermometer, disinfectant wipes and hand sanitizer. Students, faculty and staff will be strongly encouraged to use the face masks provided to them by the university.

To streamline the process, the college will be handling the ordering of individual PPE kits for all EHE faculty and staff. The college will not be placing orders for students or student employees. Enrolled students will receive their kits directly from the university through various campus pick-up sites.

Individual faculty and staff should NOT order their own kits though eRequest. Bulk orders will be placed and routed through SFOs for review and approval. Orders are being placed for each EHE building and will be received and distributed by the building coordinators. Priority of distribution will be given to those faculty and staff who will be physically present on campus beginning in August. Therefore, it is imperative that you communicate any return-to-campus plans to your department managers so that the correct number of kits will be on hand for distribution.
