Wednesday, October 17, 2018
The purpose of the College of Education and Human Ecology Faculty and Staff Leadership Residency is to attract talented faculty and staff to leadership positions, providing opportunities to experience and develop skills for leadership roles. The Residency offers professional development opportunities for full-time faculty and staff. This yearlong leadership experience within the college will involve the development of a leadership project, complemented by mentoring and participation in college leadership activities. Two residents will be chosen each year. Applicants will receive a course release and/or professional development funds.
