EHE Purchasing and Travel Payment Processing Transferring to Procurement Shared Services Center

Friday, September 27, 2019

Effective Oct. 7, EHE’s purchasing and travel processing will be managed and processed by the Procurement Shared Services Center. With this transfer, EHE’s Fiscal Service Center Team will join the Procurement Shared Services Center in their support of the college’s transactions. The Procurement Shared Services Center is a consolidated transaction compliance and processing team which supports the Offices of Business and Finance, Academic Affairs, Student Life, Legal Affairs, Government Affairs, University President, Trustees, College of Law, College of Social Work, Administration and Planning, University Advancement, Human Resources and John Glenn College.

EHE’s eRequests and eTravel will be processed by the Procurement Shared Services Center with no change in service delivery. You will continue to see a few of the same associates processing your eRequests and travel reimbursements along with some new names. Liz Zeigler will continue in her role as fiscal lead within the Procurement Shared Services Center with a team comprising of Stacie Melick, Jun Liu and Melissa Savage who will all continue to support EHE for the time being. Ramneet Morelli and Nate Clendenin will move to the administration support team (including Offices of the President, Government Affairs, University Advancement, etc.) as team lead and associate, respectively.

This move supports the University Strategic Goal of Operational Excellence and Resource Stewardship. Operational excellence is foundational to the success of our strategic vision for the future. The university must be a responsible steward of its resources in order to re-direct investment into initiatives that will help us to achieve our bold aspirations.
