EHE Staff Survey: Executive Summary and Final Report

The EHE Staff Advisory Council has released the report for the EHE Staff Survey. The report provides results from the inaugural EHE Staff Survey, which was designed to assess the current state of staff experiences and identify ways to better support and enhance the climate and culture of our college.

The survey addressed multiple areas of staff experiences:

1. Job Satisfaction and Work Climate
2. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
3. Supervision and Team Dynamics
4. EHE Core Values and Community Pillars
5. EHE Communications
6. General Feedback

Administered between November and December 2019, there were 155 responses representing approximately 42% of EHE staff.

The survey results provided useful insights into staff experiences and professional needs, while also revealing a few areas that require attention. This report summarizes the key findings from the survey and presents a set of recommendations for EHE leadership to consider.
