HR Service Delivery Changes

Friday, June 26, 2020

Human Resources at Ohio State has undergone a transformative redesign. For EHE, beginning July 1, the HR community will engage with the university community in new ways through HR Connection, Centers of Expertise, and locally-based HR business partners and consultants who will report through HR and serve as key partners to the college. The focus will remain on customer service and solutions which will be enhanced and enabled by new technologies, Workday and Service Now. A reorganized structure that includes collaboration and partnership with centralized Human Resources, EHE HR roles will work to advance HR strategy and the college mission and vision.

EHE HR Business Partner Jacqulyn Chambers, will act as the lead HR strategic advisor for EHE unit leaders and administration. This role will provide partnership, leadership, direction and expertise to manage and monitor the college and its performance.

EHE HR consultants will support managers, supervisors and employees by delivering HR support that enhances organizational performance and focuses on moments that matter. They will work closely with the HR business partner to execute HR services aligned to the Centers of Expertise (CoE) and HR Connection.

EHE HR consultants and their updated areas of service:
