Report phish

Monday, April 26, 2021

There has been an increased number of phishing emails sent to individuals in the college. Phishing scams attempt to trick you into sharing sensitive information with malicious attackers.

We recommend using caution when receiving emails especially if they contain a sense of urgency asking you to act quickly.

The best way to report suspicious emails is using the “Report Phish” button in Outlook.

You can always contact the EHE Service Desk at ehe-servicedesk@osu.edu as well for guidance.

All Ohio State employees should complete one hour of security awareness training annually. The Cybersecurity4You (C4U) platform can not only help fill this requirement but contains information that can help protect you both in your role on campus and beyond.

Check out this C4U training on how to protect yourself from a phish today.
