The Federal Work-Study (FWS) Program Provides job opportunities for eligible students with financial need who are enrolled at least half time, allowing them to earn money to help pay indirect education expenses. The program encourages community service work and employment related to their course of study.

The best way to be prepared is to have your job posts available when students are actively looking for work. Historically, peak hiring for autumn is mid-July to mid-September.  Reach out to your HR Consultant to begin your FWS Job Requisition to start the hire process.
