Mid-year check-ins

It is time to complete the mid-year check-in as a part of our EHE performance management process. All mid-year check-ins for eligible staff are to be completed in the performance management system by Jan. 31. This is a required step.

To begin, verify that you have already entered two SMART performance goals and one SMART professional development goal for each eligible staff member. The coaching notes button will only appear after the goals have been entered within the system.

Enter the coaching note by clicking on the button “Create new coaching note.” No ratings or signatures should occur at this time. The mid-year check-in is an opportunity for the supervisor and employee to provide feedback and have a meaningful conversation regarding progress towards goals or competencies.
