Access Wellness Recordings Wherever You Are, Whenever You Need Them

The OSU Health Plan, OSU Health Coaches, and the Ohio State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) partner with Your Plan for Health (YP4H) and have created the webinar recordings that are available on the OSU Health Plan’s website. This is a way you can still benefit from the webinars during a time that is better for you!

There are several recorded webinars, on a myriad of wellness-related topics, all there for you and just a click away! Something to refer to is the OSU Health Plan Classes and Events page. We encourage you to review the recordings for more understanding on a wellness topic, practical suggestions, or to get an alternate approach on issues we are all trying to navigate, such as The Thrifty Food Plan: Meal Creation , Workplace Etiquette Redefining Professionalism , Mindfully Living in the Present Moment, and the EAP Series Stress...We Need to Talk (Part 1) just to name a few.

If you are interested in new and upcoming YP4H events and webinars, check out the YP4H Events Calendar.

Mental Health Awareness Workshops Available to Managers

The Ohio State Employee Assistance Program (EAP) offers a Mental Health Awareness training specifically for managers to assist you in identifying possible mental health issues in employees while providing resources for having these important conversations. Our goal is to help you become aware of the many resources available to employees and where to go to access those resources. In this workshop we introduce what mental health looks like and feels like as well as introduce two case studies so you can practice how to approach an employee for whom you are concerned.

To attend this interactive workshop, go to Link to Health and search Mental Health Awareness or click on a link below to register:

Kindness At Ohio State

The concept of kindness can seem simple, but it leads to powerful experiences and profound human connections. Here at Ohio State, we like to recognize and reward.

One of the ways you can do that is through kind.osu.edu! Through this website you will find information on how you can serve and impact the OSU community. You can start with something as simple as a token of appreciation and give kudos to a fellow OSU employee who may have provided exceptional help or went above and beyond to provide you a service(s). Click this link to give a kudos!
